Do you follow Arby’s on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram? To be honest, I didn't. I never even ate at an Arby's until we won them as an account. Now I eat there once a week! You might say I’m pretty “beefed up” on Arby’s. Ha, that’s just an industry joke. That’s actually not an industry joke. Sorry about that. Do you know what's not a joke? Increasing their social engagement by 400%. #numbers
How did this occur you may or may not be asking but I'm going to tell you anyway? Well, you see, I did some research on how their competitors act within the social space and discovered an arena that Arby's could own: nerd culture. From there, we started turning their food and packaging into visually engaging content that aligned with a relevant topic. We speak like a true fan because we are a true fan. #words
